We charge a fee of £375 each side for a one day mediation and £200 each side if a half day only is appropriate.

This fee includes all pre-mediation contact with the parties and reasonable amounts of pre-reading. We are based in London and the South Coast and our charges include travel within the surrounding areas.

Our Mediator is prepared to travel anywhere within the UK but an additional small charge may be made for travel time and costs.

Civil Mediation “comes to you” and Mediation can take place at any venue where two (preferably three) private rooms are available. This can include your solicitor’s office (if you have a solicitor), or any other local venue. There will usually be a place available between the parties, but if one cannot be found, a location can be mutually agreed, and the actual cost of hire (with no enhancement) will be shared between the parties, (normally a minimal cost).
